Delivery and Returns Policy


Freda Margaret uses several different suppliers where by the order will be directly placed with them and they delivery the product straight to your door.  So please note some delivery and returns polices might vary from product to product.  If you unsure please email

In regards to all other products Freda Margaret can ship to anywhere within the UK.  For all orders outside the UK please email as some destinations carry restrictions and added charges. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items by notifying you with an email.


Cancelling Your Order


You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You must notify us via email at if you wish to cancel your order within this time period.  You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return your order.

A credit note will be issued to the value of the item(s) returned if the request to return is made after the 14 days from the date of delivery. No Credit notes or refunds will be given if the request to return your order is made after 2 months from the date of delivery.



Please remember that computer, phone and tablet screens reproduce colours differently.

The cost of return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise arranged.

Once your order arrives safely we will issue a refund / credit note.

All orders must be returned in a saleable condition, at the discretion of Freda Margaret only credit notes will be issued if the order is not returned in a saleable condition. Refunds will not be given.

Please make sure you include all your details including your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund and/or credit note.

If your order has been damaged in transit you must inform us within 24 hours so we can contact our courier and send you a replacement. Please note we will require pictures of the damaged lampshade and packaging.

If your order is damaged or faulty we request that you do not return the items until you have contacted customer services first.  Please call 07734865690 or email showing photographs of the damage. 



ALL other Returns


If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping charges). 


Sale items are non refundable.


Items bought online  are returned at your own expense, unless damaged, and should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 If you need to return an item, you must complete a RETURNS FORM and send together with the package



Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a Freda Margaret, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.
